I know that running in the Yankee Homecoming Roadrace is a potentially hazardous activity. I will not enter unless I am medically able and physically fit. I assume all risks associated with running in this race including, but not limited to , contact with other runners, falls, the effects of the weather, including heat and humidity, conditions of the road and traffic. The course is open to traffic during the race. I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, having read the waiver, I release and waive the Race Director, Newburyport Lions Club, Lions International, USATF, sponsors, volunteers, organizers and successors from all claims.
