Electronic Timing
For events with experienced personnel who manage their own finish line and results processing, BAY STATE RACE SERVICES provides:
- Application Distribution
- Finish Line set-up (stanchions, rope and colored streamers)
- A large Digital Display Clock on 7" tripod at finish line
- Each finisher electronically timed with printer timer
- Printed record of each place of finish and time, including select times, given to results processing team
- Consultation - We will be happy to answer questions and offer advice for overall race management: from course layout to ordering race items such as t-shirts, bib numbers, banners, trophies and giveaways.
Other services and equipment available at additional charges include timing of an additional event, additional Digital Clocks and an Overhead Bridge, to hang a clock and banner across finish line.

Computerized Results
For events that wish to have BAY STATE RACE SERVICES manage the entire finish line and results processing as well as the timing of the event. The service includes:
- Application Distribution
- Data Entry on our computer equipment of all pre and post registered entrants
- Finish Line set-up (stanchions, rope and colored streamers)
- A large Digital Display Clock on 7" tripod at finish line
- Each finisher electronically timed using a printer timer with direct computer input
- Printed computerized results (overall and division winners) promptly posted
- Same day complete Phone Results
- Instruction/supervision of your registered and finish line volunteers
- Consultation - We will be happy to answer questions and offer advice for overall race management: from course layout to ordering race items such as T-shirts, bib numbers, banners, trophies and giveaways.
