Beautiful night for a run with some speedy trail runners showing up and some not so speedy trail runners showing up to enjoy the beauty of the Fells and the watermelon, cantaloupes & gatorade that was awaiting at the finish line....why sit home on a Friday night in a hot city apartment waiting for someone to call when you can be out in the woods runnning and running and running...especially if you get lost..at Sheepfold Reservation every other Friday Night!!!
