This race was so hot that Larry Olsen could only run 5:42 pace. Well
maybe the race was a little long. Even as a senior, Larry can
still win a local road race. Michelle Fobert won for the
woman with a respectable 32:09. All runners were treated to Hamburger,
Hot Dogs and the best ribs around. The race raised money for the Victor
Melendy Memorial Fund.
