Spring Into Spring 5K

Ten minutes prior to the scheduled start of the race, Rich Ovian, who ran in his first road race in the late 1970's, came upon the start/finish line while some seventy minutes into a training run. Unaware that a race was about to begin, he was talked into adding the race to his training for the day. The result? Running just hard enough to win, Ovian became another in the increasing number of masters finishing first overall in local races.
