CMS 1996 52-Week 5K #7

While the 10"-18" snowfall predicted by the Boston channels 4, 5 and 7 weather forecasters failed to materialize, the roads used for CMS 5K Series Race #7 were lightly snow-covered and slippery. Those conditions plus 20+ mph winds did not make for PR's.
