Weather conditions:  Pretty much a carbon copy of last week. Upper thirties,clear and breezy.
We had a few more extra runners this week which is good. If you have never run here you should
give it a try. It has a couple of hills one short and one a bit longer. We alternate every
week so going downhill one week may benefit your time. The course is not tough by most standards.
But is wide open on city streets and fun. So come on down and join us every saturday morning
at 8:30 and bring a friend. Have a good week.
