Athena Eyster took it real personal when I told the crowd we had no official timer tonight so the expected winnah Cam Manning was to keep his watch going for everyone behind him tonight.....ole Cammy won but not by much....new comer Athena was first gal tonight and she was taking no prisoners barreling down the middle of Medford Street toward the finish!

As tough out there tonight with the snow as anytime I can remember over the past 16 years of doing these Thursday night races in Somerville...10 ran and 13 more just came down to the Olde Magoun Saloon to revel in the camraderie and the cold beer....every Thursday night until the last week in April and then we head to our summah home on the Charles River
