Ahh yes, March is here. In like a lion out like a lamb they say. Similar to our pal Scott Schaeffer Duffy. He goes out like a lion but he surely comes in like a lamb.

Would you like to be ridiculed for your mediocre running ability? Well come on down and run with us each and every Monday night. It's a run it's some good food, and it's a social event. It is the hottest run in Worcester County and by God man it's free.

Look, you know you've put on a few lb's over the winter and you know bikini season is coming. Take a peek in that mirror and be honest with yourself. It's true isn't it? Yes, yes it is. No that isn't a funhouse mirror, it's you. So come on, lace up those old Thom McCann's and let our group, a true model of fitness, help you get back into that youthfull, tight, sexy body waiting to be revealed once again. Stus 30K road race and relay will be held this Sunday at 11:00 am. We are in need of volunteers to help assure another successful CMS event. All CMS members and anybody who happens to be reading this, are encouraged to help out if possible.  Remember its your club and the more you put into it the more you will get out of it.
