With the weather finally
shifting in our favor into the low 80s, our second Trail Run of the summer was
off with a field of 54 runners. We had a good number of club members
volunteering who helped throughout the five-mile course and an ample number who
assisted at the finish line. The awards ceremony was accompanied with the
munching of watermelon, soda and Don Basso’s goodies. Thanks to all volunteers
and runners!!!
The final Trail Race will be
held on the last Thursday in August with a 6:00pm start.
