The 29th Annual Freezer 5 went off under cloudy skies in Sterling. A large crowd of over 200 people participated in the race. Contrary to past years the weather was quite pleasant and many a runner commented that "they were not used to running (the Freezer 5) in such conditions". CMS was well represented both on the leaderboard and throughout the field this year. First place overall was Kevin Jillson with a time of 26:55 and the first place female was Dawn Roberts with a time of 33:14. We look forward to seeing everyone for the 30th Freezer 5 on January 1, 2011. Finally, a great race takes great help to run and so the race directors Joe O'Connor, Megan McMahon and MaryLu Garrow would like to thank all of our volunteers listed below for their efforts.
