Just as we celebrated Christmas last week with a
run into KJ Baarons for some hydration,
this week some of us celebrated New Years in the same fashion.
Not being a drinker I have no idea what we drank but I can say with certainty
that it wasn't chocolate milk. Some sort of Bourbon I believe but whatever it was
cleared my sinuses right up so that was good.
Whether or not my persistent harassment of the
city of Worcester had anything to do with it we may never know but what we do
know is that we have a couple of new streetlights on our route. The construction
area at Foster St and Green St has been very dark since the streetlights were
removed for a construction project this fall. The new lights by Green St
brighten things up a bit so at least now when we run in traffic we can see when
we're about to get get frapped.
Lights or not we'll still be running
every week so all you will power challenged individuals kick off that
sure to fail New Years Resolution with a Monday Evening run 6:30 Pm at the Grey
Hound Pub.
