Anyway, like I was sayin', shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That- that's about it....

Pretty uneventful night at the Grey Hound. Beautiful running weather, a few fast runners and lots of food post race. I guess the only excitement was probably the two cars parked smack in the middle of Kelley Sq. Of course all 25 of us stood at the finish line and stared in awe of the traffic calamity. Nobody knows for sure what happened but a few suggestions were as follows. Car accident? Possible, but no damage visible. Breakdown? Maybe but two vehicles in a row? Nah. Drug deal? Right in the middle of Kelley Sq traffic? No way. And of course my personal favorite....Sexting! Now that is a definite possibilty. Whatever the reason the arrival of a fire truck, ambulance, and police car was enough to get the drivers to drive off and all returned to normal.

Summer's just about done folks. There wasn't really much of it so enjoy what little we have left. Hit the beach, go for a run, or get out and get some ice cream. Do something 'cause it's only a matter of time, a short period of time, that you'll all be bitching about how cold it is!
