The Grey Hound Pub is the official running pub of Worcester. We have the runs that everybody wants.  Of course there is the Monday night run held at 6:30 pm every Monday year 'round. But wait, there's more.

Coming up May 2nd is the third annual Worcester Pub Run.  Run a race, drink beer. Not a new concept in road racing, many races have beer post race. The difference between this and most races is that you will be doing the running and drinking simultaneously.

Tuesday evening June 9th the first annual Grey Hound Pub Mr. Bean 3.4 mile Memorial Run will take place. Race director Amy Paquette and the North Medford Club promise a good race and a good time. If you know what I mean.

Finally, congrats to Thaddeus "Mr. Schneebly" Bell.  When Mr. Bell isn't busy creating musical fusion with the middle school 'utes of Holden, he's out there burning up the roads of Worcester County.  Other than the first 25 yards or so when Jack "legs of a polio victim" Goolsky mistakenly presumed he could hang with the big dogs, Thad smoked the field. Well done Mr. Bell.

Finally v2.0 Good luck to our many Monday Night Runners participating in the Boston Marathon Monday morning. We have more runners per ounces of beer poured running Boston than any pub in Worcester. The rest of us schlubs will be running Monday Night as usual. see you then!.
