4TH ANNUAL TEMPLE HALF MARATHON

Results
The Temple Half Marathon was the first race of the MAGP series put on by the
Monadnock Regional Milers.
The weather was perfect for this challenging, hilly half marathon. Joseph Rogers
was the overall winner for the second year in a row. However, the course record was
set by David Audet in 2006. Second place was Keith Schmitt and in third place was
CMS member Dave Birse. On the women’s side, Raelyn Crowell broke the women’s course
record. Defending champion, and prior course record holder Megan Valentine chose to
run the Boston Marathon this year. The second and third place women were in the under
20 age group, Amanda Quinlan, and 16 year old Christina Shonbeck.
