I hope you all enjoyed the run this evening, as well as the D5K stickers. For those who don't know what it stands for..."ouch!"
I would like to thank the fine folks from Mind Over Miles for participating in the run, and raffling off some T-shirts to a few
of our lucky runners. Good Stuff. I myself prefer shirts made from 100% macram. No pressure though.

We always welcome donations of canned or non-perishable food items. We like to show our support for the local
food bank. I promise we don't eat it all while you are out pounding the pavement.
