Mine Falls Summer Trail Race Series - Race #5

Race Story:

The Week #5 races were wet and wild but the downpours did not dampen the spirts of 31 participants.
Dan Maas came through the 5k in 16:54. Well before the rest of the runners and the heaviest of the rain.
Dan's victory made him the fifth different 5k winner in as many weeks. Mark Wimmer returned
to the woods from his weekend mountain series race to take the win in 5m with a hard fought 29:57.
Our 5k womens winner was Bridget Meehan who finished in 24:23, just 5 min behind her brother Jake.
And, our 5m womens winner was Christina Emphasis who's 41:09 is the fastest female 5m, so far.
