An Cù Liath Irish Pub City Run

A revolution in
Worcester.... While not an all out coup d'état,
without the presence of our fearless leader P. W. Collyer, a small
scale overthrow took place led by the return
of Rutland's own (By way of Brockton, Woburn, New Mexico,
the U.S. Navy and other worldly locales we've yet to hear
about) Jack Goolsky. By majority vote the
course was changed tonight to a shorter 3.5 mile version. The thinking behind
the change is making the weekly run more inviting to those who haven't yet
come out and to those who have come and not returned due to the somewhat
difficult nature of the course. And also to keep those that are
regularly coming happy!
Otherwise a pretty low key night at
the Greyhound Pub. Over a half dozen of our Monday
regulars ran in Sundays "Stus 30K" and some decided to
take the night off. It was a cold and windy night (perfect for staying
home) which I predict will be the last of it's kind for this season!
Spring is on the way and there are no more excuses for not running with us.
P.T.
