Tracy Flynn has Sue Leo-Johnson's number now for two straight weeks!! Whupped her in the long stuff two weeks ago at the 15Km and tonight she whupped her in the short stuff at 3 miles.....in two weeks they are duking it out in the kitchen...and "we the extra runners and RD" get to to taste test the choclate chip cookies they are bringing and "we the extra runners and RD" are the judges:>)

Located off the "Gateway to the City"..it's urban, it's daring, it's Paulie's House Run and it's every Monday Night!!
