The light mist hangin' over the backyard tonight post race was reminicent of a London evening along the Thames....and the cool crisp night produced a good race tonight of the regulars...now branded "Paulie's Renegade Runners"!!!! Then some more of the infamous BBQ and cold beer while listening to Van Morrison, a fave of the cook..just finished off the tasty blueberries and strawberries that Amy Paquette always brings the night of the race with my morning cereal..yes folks we have tasty treats for those who abhor the thought of running and BBQ

Well the long awaited Boston Globe "Metro-West" expose on Worcester Urban racing came out last Thursday....front page pics and multi-page story along with it up on it's web site (see below)..great stuff from a local gal/writer-Megan Woolhouse.....

Paulie's House Run is taking a back seat on September 25th.....for the 3rd annual City of Worcester "Mayor's Run & Walk"....all welcome!!
