David McCollum traveled from West Virginia to take home the checkered flag at the final Moose
Milers 5K Trail Race of 2005 in 17:56 --- 20 seonds ahead of Lowell's Andy King.

Catherine Wilson and Bridget Meehan toured the course together in 32:09 to share the women's title.

Steve Wolfe made it three for three, winning all three 9-race mini-series titles. Wolfe ran 26 out
of a possible 27 races this year. Bill Morse, Jim Hansen, Allan Rube, and Bill Sturgeon rounded out
the top five. Mary Varney topped the ladies field.

The Moose Milers 5K Trail Race Series will return the first Monday night in April 2006.
