Tri-Valley Frontrunners 5 Mile Trail Race - West Hill DAM
Uxbridge MA - Thursday August 25, 2005

There were 33 participants in the final race and all returned safely. The
 post race cookout with George Cunha handling the chef duties, and the soda.
 Sherry's salad, Demetra's surgery on the watermellon and the other goodies
 complimented the awards ceremony.

Cindy Smith from East Falmouth set a new course record and was the first
 overall finisher. She blazed across the line at 29:22 and was followed by
 Jay Kelly of Weston who posted a 31:28
