Thomas Street Tavern 4 Mile Results

Very pleasant night. Oh, and the run was good too. Jason from Wilmington stopped by for our Thursday night run after a couple days of mountain biking in Asheville and on his way back east. Sean Welsh pulled a strong PR out of his hat. Rare Thursday night attendants, Lauren and Kim joined us and hung out late at TST for some good food and cold beer. Good company. Thanks to everyone who came out.
