Good, hot, sticky run
tonight. Chaz Hinkle, web MASTER, came out to our run tonight for the
first time. After a soft first mile pace, he turned it on. Our
conversation became more sparse until we were just running, and the only sound
were our feet pushing off on the asphalt, and deep breaths of the hot air.

member Cindy Cooley joining us for her first Thomas Street Tavern experience.
McClintock hill wasn't any easier, but it was just as fun as always.
