tonight's run. More new faces tonight, and happy to have them. New
folks include Rebecca Crowder, Rosendo Hernandez (mucho rapido), Dan Frisk, and
Sean Welsh (where was this dude on our St. Patty's Day Race?). Personal
record stand outs for this week are Gerry Haden, who has dropped his per mile
pace by over a minute in the last two months, and my best buddy, Pippit whose
little legs maintained a 6:37 per mile pace for the entire four miles!
