Twice-weekly 7:00pm 2.8 mile group run hosted at Fitness 
First Health Club, 471 Massachusetts Avenue, Arlington, 
on Monday and Wednesday evenings. We run a road loop that 
starts at the Center in front of the club. The course 
includes an optional loop that adds 0.7 miles to the run.

We also host free group long runs beginning and ending at the
club on Sunday mornings at 8:00am. For more info send email

Directions:

Located at Fitness First Health Club, 471 Massachusetts Avenue, 
Arlington. Free parking in the municipal lot behind the club and 
on the street. Also accessible via the number 77 bus from Harvard 
Square, and the 67 and 79 buses from Alewife.  

Additionally, some 87 buses from Lechmere continue to Arlington Center.
