Ice, wind, cold kept all but the locals, Cynthia Hastings, 25:09, Tom Derderian, 25:10, Art Gray 25:10.5, away. A wise thing it was to stay home. We will continue to be there and suffer to keep tradition. When and if we get a nice day it will be the place to be. A big owl perched on the hill watching us. Wind-packed ice assaulted the harbor side. We will be there week after week at the gate at 10:00 am on Saturdays until spring brings green to the hills.
