In the words of the semi-legendary Yoga Berra, it was "déjà vu all over again" as multi-time RTW winner Bill Schroeder topped Klein Forest high schooler Juston Perez. Unlike last week, however, when Schroeder grabbed the lead in the first quarter-mile, the two ran together this time until the 2.5-mile mark.

As she did last race, Lisa Belson led all female competitors from start to finish. New comer Kristen Elizabeth Lloyd finished seventeen seconds off the winning pace.

Conditions: Upper 70's, low 80's; high humidity; clear; calm.

Upcoming: The next two races are scheduled for Saturday, July 12th and Saturday, July 26th. Races are run on the second and fourth Saturday of each month. The entry fee remains $1.00 (yes, one dollar).
