As the DEAD Admiral Yamamoto stated "I think we have just awoken a sleeping GIANT"...the Somerville Striders Athletic Club is coming out of it's cocoon and is back in Somerville for the cheery winter months ahead!!

Busy night tonight with the running and the pick-ups for Sunday's New England Fire Fighters Big City Five & Dime which may not break any attendance records but it will be a first class event and is something that few clubs are part of today..creating, promoting and hosting LONG DISTANCE races in urban America!!
