Here's the results of our Weary Travelers 10k. Unfortunately it was pouring when runners awoke on Sunday a.m. so most of them turned over and went back to sleep. I don't blame them. The race started with light rain but it got heavier while they ran. The wind was a factor too but it was a tail wind on the longest straight stretch down Shore Road and near the water. 40 started and 39 finished. There was plenty of food and a great fish chowda (that's right fish, not clam or seafood which I'm allergic to) to go around two or three times.
