Coffin, Graff win Physical Therapy 8K

Todd Coffin of Freeport, Maine, struck another blow for the masters crowd with an outright victory Sunday in the Physical Therapy 8K at Brunswick, Maine. Coffin, 41, covered the course in 26 minutes flat, beating fellow Freeport resident Keelyn Wu by 13 seconds. Another masters runner, Dan Dearing of Lisbon Falls, Maine, was third in 27:15.

Masters runners also dominated the women's race, with four masters in the top six overall. Marjorie Graff, 35, of South Portland finished in 31:16 to edge Libby Christensen, 40, of Cumberland by seven seconds, with 48-year-old Ellie Tucker of Cumberland another five seconds behind.
