The Mile High 24-Hour course is a 5-mile circuit (2.5 miles out and 2.5 miles back) of which .2 miles is on a paved road and 4.8 miles is on a firmly packed dirt road. The altitude of the course is 5600 feet. The course has 4 short hills per 5-mile circuit.
