The overall winner was Christopher Toepfer from Chicago IL with a time of 2:34:36. First place overall female was Cheryl Smith of Bend, OR with a time of 2:56:55. 1st master was Phil Nicholls of Victoria BC with a time of 2:39:16 and Cheryl Tronson of Bend in 3:00:29. Age group winners who broke the current age group course record were awarded $100 each this year. 11 age group course records fell this year. Next year's cash awards will rise to $200 in many age group categories. In the 4 person relay category, the National Guard team was 1st place with a time of 2:14:48.
