Kerrie Bowes, recent course record holder at Jeffer's Hill, won the women's race in 20:29 at Howard County Striders Atholton 5K. Doug Kuderna, who has been turning in some impressive times lately, took 2nd place in the men's race, not far behind winner, Ted Poulos.
