Friday Night Runners Pair Off

It didn't really feel like spring, but 26 runners ushered in the spring season with a brisk 5 mile run. For some reason many people paired off for the run and ran together with a partner. All together there were 8 separate duos who crossed the line together.

Many of Friday's runners were taking it easy and saving their energy for Sunday's last 20 miler to prepare for the upcoming Boston Marathon. Others were preparing for next week's Seagull Six Road Race, which is really 5.74 miles and not 6 miles. Others were just out for a run with a friend.

The Friday Night Five is held every week at 5:30 from Town Hall Square in Falmouth. There is no entry fee or registration required and all runners are welcome to participate.
