New course records were set in 6 categories -- Deb Schieffer took 15 minutes off the old female 20-29 Tracy Clemants took 7 minutes off the old female 30-39 Carol Kane took 25 seconds off Laura Clarks old 50-59 Bob Dion took 4 minutes off the old 40-49 John Pelton took 15 minutes off his old 60-69 and Richard "Silverback" Busa took 21 minutes off 70+ all the times in the 4.5 miler are new course records!

I heard many good words about the conditions of the forest - the snow gave you all many varied surfaces, which makes it fun. the hills, both ups and downs, made alot of impressions too! sorry about all the branches broken and left in the trails/snow. We removed hundreds the day before but it was a little windy. thanks everyone for coming out, and hopefully having fun!
