Houssine Siba, Course Record 31:09
Hussein Siba finished in 31:09, smashing the previous record of 31:40 held by Ken Kaczenski. In a post race interview, he stated that the course was very challenging. He was concerned that at mile three his time was 15:21 (5:07 pace), well of course record time. His final average pace was 5:00 per mile which translates into a 4:53 second half negative split.He was full of praise for the organization committee and all the volunteers. He said that things like the water stops and the vast quantity of food available was a thing that many bigger races did NOT do as good a job as Shelburne Falls.	Dave Dunham in Second
