on Thursday, June 19 and Friday, June 20,
from 4-8 pm at Bethany Church in Rye,
and at Parson's Field on race day.

Parking: Areas will be clearly marked.

T-Shirts: 100 per-cent cotton and will
go to the first 300 registered, paid
participants prior to May 31, 1997.

All runners and cyclist will be eligible
for a long list of terrific prizes!

Benefit: The proceeds from this event
help the Children of Chernobyl project
through Bethany Church, Rye, which
provides medical supplies, toys, clothing
and funds to aid orphaned children who
are battling leukemia and other medical
problems in the wake of the world's worst
nuclear accident several years ago in
Chernobyl.

Join In: The duathlon and road races are just
a few of the events marking this annual
weekend. The day of the duathlon and road
races, entertainment will be provided. And

Carbo-loading party: Join us Friday evening
starting at 5 pm for a free Carbo-loading
party at Bethany Church, Rye.

Awards: The awards ceremony is at noon at
Parson's Field.
5K, 10K, Duathlon: Awards will be presented
to the top three men and women finishers in
numerous categories.
Kid's Fun Run: (12 & under) Free medals to all finishers.
Awards to top boy and girl in numerous age
groups.
