RELEASE and WAIVER
In consideration of my participation in the 5K Run/Walk, 10K, Duathlon, or Kid's Fun Run on June 21, 1997 in Rye, NH. I, the undersigned do hereby agree to assume all risk of harm, injury or loss, of whatever nature resulting at these events and release, discharge, and hold forever harmless Bethany Congregational Christian Church in Rye, NH, the volunteers, sponsors their representatives, and successors associated with the event, from any and all claims which might arise from my participation in the event or from traveling to or return therefrom. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion picture recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I acknowledge that entry fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable for any reason. .
