Time:	Check in/Late Registration, 7:00 a.m., Shelter #3 Triathlon starts at 8:30am 5K Fun Run starts at 8:00am
Place:	Sweetwater Creek State Park Register at Picnic Shelter # 3 First event (Swim) begins at boat ramp 5K Fun Run starts at Shelter #3
Distance:	Swim - 200 yards Bike - 10 miles Run - 5K (3.1 miles)
Entry Fee:	Triathlon $45 through May 17, 2013 $55 after May 17, 2013 5K Fun Run $20 through May 17, 2013 $25 after May 17, 2013
Course Description:	Lake Swim Bike Course - Road Run Course - Combination Road and Trails all inside State Park
Age Groups:	15 & under, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.
Awards:	Three deep: male and female in all categories, with overall male and female winners. Teams: Three deep, no age groups: male, female, coed. Team participants register separately.
Amenities:	Water on course and refreshments at finish
T-Shirts:	Provided race day at registration table

Directions:	I-20 West from Atlanta to Exit 41 (Lee Road). Go south on Lee Road approximately one mile and turn left on Cedar Terrace Road. Follow Cedar Terrace Road until it dead ends into Mt Vernon Road. Turn right and follow signs to registration. PLEASE NOTE: A state park fee of $5 will be payable to the park upon arrival. The fee may change without notice.

I should not enter or participate in this event unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the triathlon. I assume all risks associated with competing in this race including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including high heat and/or humidity, the conditions of the road and traffic on the course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your acceptance of my application, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the event, and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.
