The Gregory E. Reeves Memorial Scholarship Run will support several annual scholarships awarded to North Middlesex High School Students. One scholarship will be awarded to a student who will be attending Worcester Polytechnic Institute. These scholarships are in honor of Greg's love for life and his profound desire for knowledge. The Gregory E. Reeves Memorial Scholarship Fund is a component fund of the Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts making contributions tax deductible.

Time:	4.6 Mile Run - 10:30 A.M. Rain or Shine Kiddy Race - 12:30 P.M.
Place:	5 Brookline Street Adjacent to the Townsend Common
Distance:	4.6 Mile Run/Walk All proceeds benefit the Gregory E. Reeves Memorial Scholarship Fund. This event is USA Track & Field Sanctioned
Entry Fee:	4.6 Mile Run or Walk $18.00 through October 1 $21.00 October 2 - Race Day Kiddy Race - ages 2-7 $5.00 through October 1 $6.00 October 2 - Race Day Free T-shirt and prizes for all participants in Kiddy Race Registration on race day begins at 8:30 A.M. on Townsend Common
Course Description:	This is a picturesque route through rural Townsend starting and ending at the Townsend Common. The route is a challenging course that travels scenic country roads with moderate hills, during peak foliage season.
Course Records:	Male - 22:47.8 Female - 26:08.2
Age Groups:	15 & under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over.
Awards:	$350 Cash Prize for first place male and female overall. $125 Cash Prize for second place male and female overall. $75 Cash Prize for third place male and female overall. Honory awards for top three male and female in each age category. Prize drawings for all Walkers. Prizes for Kiddy Race
Amenities:	Route will be marked. Water station midway. Mile markers on route. Lunch will be provided. Free T-shirt for first 300 entrants.Computerized Timing by: First Time Out, Charles Butterfield Results posted on www.coolrunning.com
