| 5K Course Description: |
DOWNHILL FINISH! Course is out and back with a loop at the top. Runs up Main Street in Nashua to Library Hill. Continues up Concord Street and takes a left on Hall St. Takes a left on Manchester Street which runs back into Main Street. Left at Bowers and finish is behind YMCA. |

| Age Groups: | Top 3 overall finishers in each age group (male/female) 10 & under, 11-13, 14-17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over. |
| Awards and Pledge Incentives: |
Custom designed medals
for age group award winners. Medals for Top Male Cop and Top Female Cop. Receive a $10 restaurant
gift certificate if you raise $150 or more. |
| Amenities: | Best food at a race in the region. We love walkers...great family activity. All proceeds benefit the programs of the Nashua Soup Kitchen & Shelter. |
| Timing: | The ChampionChip system will be used for timing and scoring. Timing will be from the starting gun to the finish chip mats. All participants are required to return their chip after the race. If you lose or do not return your chip, you will incur a $35 Lost Chip Charge. |
| T-Shirts: | Colored t-shirts to first 500--register early! |

| Directions: | From Route 3 (north or south): Take Exit 5E and follow signs to downtown Nashua, which will lead into Kinsley St. Follow Kinsley St. until it meets Main Street at So. NH Medical Center. Take a right; then take the second left (past the hospital) onto Bowers St. |
| Kilometers for Kids Series: |
The Kilometers for Kids Series is comprised of four unique area races: 1) NSKS Run for Food
& Shelter 10K or 5K There is no charge for entering the Series; however individual race entry fees still apply. Participants must complete all four races in 2009 to receive the series prize. You must use the EXACT same name on all four registrations in order to get credit for each race series. Deluxe runner's backpack with series logo or similar item awarded to runners who complete all four 2009 races in the Kilometers for Kids Series. |
