The Corrib
Pub & Restaurant, West Roxbury's favorite dining spot, recently
celebrated our 19th anniversary. Since 1988, the restaurant has
been servicing the neighborhood with great food, atmosphere, and
service, and the community has enjoyed the benefits of our tremendous
commitment to the people of West Roxbury.
Owned and operated by Martin and Angela Bligh and their family, the Corrib has supported many community programs, including Parkway Little League, the West Roxbury Community Center, the Roscommon Society, and St. Theresa's Parish. The generosity and commitment of the ownership and staff of the Corrib highlights the restaurant's standing in the community, and the Annual Corrib Classic 5K Road Race is the centerpiece of our involvement.
Since its inception in 1994, the Road Race has come to symbolize
the extraordinary work ethic of the area's residents. Many long
hours are spent organizing this event, which has grown from 240
runners in its first year, to an expected 1,500 entrants for this
year's race. Such growth is a tribute to the dedicated volunteers.
The Corrib Pub's success in the community is largely due to several
factors: great food, friendly service, and commitment to quality.
Becoming West Roxbury's favorite restaurant is the result of 19
years of hard work, creating delicious meals at affordable prices.
We bring in the freshest meats, produce, and seafood daily, and
strive to develop exciting recipes to satisfy every taste. Our
staff works diligently to make every visit a memorable one, and
our success reflects this attitude.
