Founded in 1989 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. A small group of (ultra)runners dedicated to helping beginners successfully complete the (ultra)marathon distance. We host two non-events per year in the First U.S. State of Delaware, and two other "rotating" non-events. Locations will be announced within one month of race date.

We're a running/walking club that's been in existance for many years. A great group of folks just interested in keeping in shape! The Grove Park Club hosts year round runs/walks from the Grove Park in Rehoboth Beach, DE every Tuesday at 6:00 P.M. GREAT BENEFITS! Earn club wearing apparel. Exchange ideas with other fitness buffs. Participate in speed training. You will have a great time and get in shape!
