The mostly downhill road course was won by Phil Nicholls of Victoria BC Canada in a time of 2:36:00. Robert Barber of Surrey Canada was 2nd in 2:41:43 followed by Brian Gingerich of Bend, OR in 2:47:53.
The women's field was won by Laura Nelson of Bend in 2:55:34, followed by Colleen Buckendorf of Bend in 3:17:42 and Valerie Reed of Peachtree City, Georgia in 3:19:29. The field of over 150 came from as far away as Canada, Arizona, Florida, and New York. More information about the event is at http://www.bendistillery.com under events.
