Deadpixel Cool Runner	posted Apr-18-2007 11:43 AM the very inside line (not lane) on the track should be 400m long, a quarter mile is about 402m, so just running a little towards the outside of the very first lane or the inside of the seconf will be quarter mile. If you are talking about a 440 yard track, just run on the inside of the first lane should be a quarter mile. Either way, lane one.
