I just put together a running tape for when I have to run on the treadmill. It include about 3 Linkin Park tunes, "Bodies"-drowning pool, Some Limp Bizkit (Break stuff is the best), Creed, Fuel and Rusted Root's "Ecstasy".

favorite running song of all time- 'Right Now' by Van Halen. (in second place would be the christian song 'Entertaining Angels' by the newsboys).

the song "survior" by Densitys Child gets me pumped for a race. I really get into the chorus. "i'm survior, i'm not gonna stop, i'm gonna work harder..."

I have always liked Survivor's "Eye of the Tiger" as a running song. I also like most rock music. Pretty much anything that gets the blood pumping

I hope you guys don't listen to music while you run as "best running music!!!" may suggest. Not only is listing to music while running stupid, it's also dangersous (unless your doing it on a treadmill). I know people that have been hit by cars and other objects while running or bicycling while listening to music. It impairs you so much. God gave us ears for a reason. For instance how can you move over from the sound of a car coming up behind you while your running?
I do, however, listen to heavy metal when I'm weight lifting.
