iceman14 Cool Runner	posted May-02-2007 12:25 PM i like sorta angry or upbeat rock music to run to. i'm a huge fan of early 90s and late 60's. just sort of "discovered" how good this song is: GO by Pearl Jam. the lyrics go like this "oh please don't go out on me, don't go on me now." i sing this part out loud to my achilles, knees, and shins while i'm on my long runs. even though i don't think that's what eddie vedder intended, it works for me. i love "start me up" by the rolling stones as the first song in all of my running playlists. there are so many great ones. I took a bunch of suggestions and randomly added them to my mp3. yesterday I was dying @ mile 2. then this band came on & reminded me of the violent fems (sp?).
