I buy a bag of really good chocolate chips (like Ghiradelli) and eat the 32 piece serving size (70 calories) alone or with a few raisins. If you have it with a serving of raisins, it doubles the calories, but tastes like raisinets Fruit is obviously a good dessert too! Oh and I make a mean splenda-sweetened brown rice pudding. It tips the calorie count into the not-so-low cal range, though.

It's not homemade (although it could be if you want to), but we enjoy sorbet for a refreshing treat during the hot months. There are so many flavors to choose from and so many brands as well. I like peach, mango and strawberry. We usually buy several different flavors and combine.

If you don't mind, I'd like the recipe for the brown rice pudding.

If you don't mind, I'd like the recipe for the brown rice pudding.Last time I made it, I just took a pretty basic rice pudding recipe that assumed the rice was precooked, used Splenda instead of the sugar and brown rice instead of the white rice. You could also probably find quite a number of options if you plug "brown rice pudding splenda" into Google.

I made the peanut butter cup pudding last night ... it was heavenly!
