I've been TRYING to find nutrition information on quiznos subs, because I eat there on occasion (maybe 4-5 times a year) and I CANNOT find nutrition information on their subs (except a select few). I'm particularly interested in the veggie sub. Not that I'm going to stop eating it, I just want to keep track!!

I asked at my Quiznos when I was there, and the guy working there couldn't tell me. He was very young and stressed out because they were busy so I didn't push him too much -- because isn't it a requirement that restaurants provide nutrition information upon request????

Thanks for any help -- also I'd be interested, if it is in fact a requirement that they provide nutrition information, who I can talk to since i"ve heard other peopel have this problem. Who can I call to get this fixed????
Thanks!

Does Quiznos have a corporate Web site? The nutrition info might be listed there and you can try to contact a more manager/adminstrative-level type of person....yeah, good luck getting it at the shop itself!!

Edited to add the the link with the nutrition info -- hope it helps!

I was having the same problem and contacted them for more info (as suggested on their corporate site) and I still have not had a response. Very disappointing as I really enjoy their sandwiches.

Yes, I "contacted" them on their site a few months ago, never heard back, and now did it again . . . . don't have high hopes!

Yes, and none of those 3 subs they provide nutrition information for are vegetarian!!!! Grr.

It isnt' that hard to estimate the nutrition facts on a vegetarian sub. Besides the reality that the staff puts amounts of things on that vary each time, if you ask them for (or to hold the) mayo, mustard, cheese, etc, then you're not going to be getting the 'official' product anyway. Just do the math yourself. It isn't that hard.

well i have no idea how many calories is in their bread (which can vary a lot!) or in the salad dressing-type stuff they put on. I realize it can vary a lot depending how it is prepared, and usually if I feel like someone has put more cheese or something on whatever I"m eating, I"ll add a bit.

But the point is, it irks me that they won't provide it.

This is one of the reasons I stopped eating there. If I contact a restaruant, they'll usually send me everything I need, and more. No so with Quiznos.

That's pretty deceptive on the info for the subs. It lists 0% saturated fat, but who really believes that a Philly Cheesesteak has no saturated fat? Its the same for all of them.

I wondered the same thing, and I have actually managed to find nutrition info for Quizno's Veggie sub -- on their AUSTRALIAN website! If you look at the sandwich description in the menu, it's the same sandwich. I'm guessing the "Regular" size listed on the Aussie site equates to a US small.

Here's the link:

I found the attached website that gives nutrition facts on Quizno's. It looks like it also gives point values for Weight Watchers.

Quiznos has been in the news for refusing to release their nutritional info. But from looking around at various sites that have had their stuff analyzed, I wouldn't release it either. Quiznos is damned scary when it comes to calories..

We just bought a calorie counter book with most fast food, chain restaurants, etc.

It IS scary! Even some of the most inocuous food is insanely high in calories. TC

There are many other good places who are more than happy to provide detailed nutritional information for their products. In some cases where the info is not in-store or on the website, a simple email to their corporate contact results in plenty of information.

In the cases where they won’t provide the info, I simply vote with my wallet and spend my money elsewhere.

Yes it’s great if you can estimate content yourself, but in many restaurants that can be difficult. Consider one surprise at O’Charley’s – ~900 calorie Chicken Parmesan dinner vs. ~1900 calorie Pecan Chicken Finger Salad. You’d never know from the menu. Difference is portion size and oil-heavy dressing on the salad.

Here is a handy link for Nutrition Info for Quizno's. I'm not *completely* certain that it is 100% accurate, but it's close I think (and scary to boot!!)

Good luck!!

I'm so glad you said that. In reading this all I can think about was if what you eat at every meal is being tracked that closely I don't think I would be eating at places like Quizno's or any other fast food place!
